Please remember to take all personal belongings out of your vehicle before your service appointment. This will ensure that I can provide a thorough and efficient detailing service for your car. I will not move, touch, or remove any personal belongings. This includes but is not limited to; car seats, decor, items in door compartments, items in cup holders, items in center console (if you want it cleaned), and any other personals you have in the trunk.
If you have any special services or add-ons that you would like to include in your appointment, please let me know at least 48 hours before your scheduled time. This will allow me to prepare and tailor the service to your specific needs.
If there are specific stains, scratches, or areas of concern, make a note of them so I can thoroughly clean with extra attention to those areas.
Please check weather before scheduling for specific services. For example if it is raining I will be unable to do a wax and rain can put you at risk for watermarks after a wash. If there is lightning your appointment will either be rescheduled or postponed until lightning stops.
Please know of our accepted payment methods; Cash, Cashapp, Check, Or Tap to pay. If you are using card it must be able to Tap-To-Pay. If you are unable to pay at end of appointment you will be unable to get another service done and other detailers will be notified of your unwillingness to pay.
Please inspect your vehicle after service to ensure it's to your liking and let me know if any concerns with your vehicle so the issue can be fixed immediately at no extra cost.
